How can I return a product?
Just login to your account, go to the customer service section and then to Returns Request.
Enter the details required and we will reply within 1 working day. Returns are subject to terms and conditions.
How to Shop?
Shopping is a simple 5 step process:
    a. Browse our extensive catalogue of products and add items to your shopping cart.
    b. Login (or register if you are a new customer).
    c. Choose your Delivery Address (or enter new Address).
    d. Choose Shipping and payment method.
    e. Confirm Details and place order.
   
Once you see the Confirmation page, the order has been successfully processed.
How do I pay?
All payment forms accepted including Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners and American Express), Direct Deposits to our bank account and EFT (Electronic funds transfer - Internet banking).
When will I receive my goods?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 working days of receipt, depending on availability and confirmation of payment into our bank account.
What guarantee do I get?
All products are sourced locally, and the manufacturer's warranty is passed onto you.
Do you export?
Currently we only sell within the Rand deniminated South Africa, but there are plans to allow shipping to other countries in the near future. Keep a look out on our site.
